Your booth assignment number has been emailed to you.

• Please send a vector file or high-resolution image of your company logo if you have not already done so. This can be sent to [email protected].
• If you have not already sent the names of your full registration participants or your booth workers, please send to [email protected] as soon as possible.

Exhibitor Move-in and Move-out Schedule

Early move in on Tuesday, June 2nd will be determined closer to the start of the convention. Please let me know if you are planning to set up early.

• Move-in On Wednesday, June 3rd is 9:00am – 5:00pm
  
• Move-in On Thursday, June 4th is 6:00am – 8:00 am
  
• Move-out on Thursday, June 4th begins no earlier than 4:30pm
  
• If you are going to be using the loading dock, please let us know so we can schedule a time.

EXHIBITOR PARKING
Exhibitors can use the loading dock for active loading and unloading of vehicles. Once loading/unloading is completed vehicles must be removed. Exhibitors are responsible for their own parking afterwards.
 
The Chattanooga Convention Center Parking Garage can be accessed from Carter Street or Chestnut Street. The clearance is 7’3”. No trailers are allowed in the parking garage

Booth & Additional Exhibit Items

you get 1 – 10x10 booth, each booth will include one (1) 6’ draped table, two (2) chairs, a waste bin, and a booth I.D. Sign.

Need to ship Items?
Shipments should arrive between April 28, 2026 and May 26, 2026.
Freight received from May 12, 2026 through May 26, 2026 will incur a late surcharge. Receiving hours are 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Need More Items?
All Convention & Expo Services Contractor Services is attached and is where you may order any additional supplies such as tables, chairs, drop-ship information, and other items if needed.

Electricity and AV needs are an additional cost booked directly by the conference center.
