Exhibitor Move-in and Move-out Schedule
Renaissance Resort Address: 10 Hightower Pl, Florence, AL 35630 Early move in on Monday, June 2nd will be determined closer to the start of the convention. Please let me know if you are planning to set up early.

Booth & Additional Exhibit Items
you get 1 – 10x10 booth, each booth will include one (1) 6’ draped table, two (2) chairs, a waste bin, and a booth I.D. Sign.
Need to ship Items? Shipments should arrive between April 28, 2025 and May 26, 2025. Freight received from May 12, 2025 through May 26, 2025 will incur a late surcharge. Receiving hours are 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday Need More Items? All Convention & Expo Services Contractor Services is attached and is where you may order any additional supplies such as tables, chairs, drop-ship information, and other items if needed.
