2026 Business Connect Hours:

Product Drop Off                              1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

• This is a great opportunity to drop off information. Make sure you place your contact information with it.

Scheduled Meetings                       10:00 am to 1:00 pm

• Scheduled Meetings are a total of 15 minutes, please prepare a 7 minute presentation to allow time for questions.

Tips

1. Prepare a 7 minute presentation! This will leave you plenty of time for questions and answers.
2. Make your presentation relevant.
3. Create a connection between your product/service and the prospect.
4. Bring samples of your products, in their final presentation.

• Business Connect Registration Opens – Chairman/President Partners (Email Sent to Exhibitor Contact)

May 23rd – 12:00 pm (Noon Central Time)

• Business Connect Registration Opens to all exhibitors

May 28th – 5:00 pm

• Business Connect Registration Closes

May 29th to June 1st

• Business Connect participants verify appointments

June 2nd

• Preliminary Meeting Schedule Emailed

June 4th

• We will place final schedule in your booth
• Business Connect Meetings begin at 10:00 am
